Pork Storks Australia (PSA) is the leader in pig semen processing and delivery systems in Australia, operating two state-of-the-art pig semen collection facilities We are proud to be part of Apiam Animal Health, (Apiam) is one of Australia’s leading rural veterinary businesses made up of 80 business sites as part of a team of over 1200 dedicated professionals.

PSA is looking for reliable and self-motivated individuals to join the team at their Boar Stud located in Glencoe, Queensland

This is a Casual position, 2-3 days a week with some early starts.

Your duties will include:

• Pig semen processing and packaging.
• Basic pig husbandry.
• Semen collection.
• Laboratory work
• General cleaning and maintenance as required

To be successful in these roles you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
• Agricultural experience is desirable.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow direction and instructions.
• Reliable car and driver’s license.
• Experience working with pigs is not essential.

Please note successful candidates must not have contact with pigs in their day-to-day life.
