Gympie Veterinary Services has clinics located in Gympie, Tin Can Bay and Murgon. This position will be based out of our Murgon Veterinary Clinic. We offer comprehensive care for companion animals, cattle, equine and other farm animals and are one of the largest mixed animal veterinary practices in the region. We pride ourselves on providing a caring and professional service to clients and patients in our area.
About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced nurse to implement their high standards of patient care and have the capability to fulfill all general veterinary nursing duties including surgery, hospital, cleaning and reception shifts. This is a hands-on nursing role; you will need to have the skill set and confidence to do all things nursing and reception. This position is for a casual veterinary nurse/receptionist for weekdays and weekend
About you:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, Veterinary Technician Degree or demonstrated veterinary nursing experience is required.
- 2+ years' experience with well-rounded nursing skills. We need someone able to work independently and hit the ground running.
