About the Role

You will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Day to day, you will:

  • Provide information on clinic wellness programs and benefits.
  • Work four days each week (36 hours) with a share in Saturday mornings.

About You

  • 2+ years in a customer service role (essential).
  • Affinity for animals and their care is most important. Vet/animal industry experience is a bonus!
  • Clear, confident communicator with a mature, empathetic approach to tricky conversations.
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with computers, EFTPOS, and basic banking.
  • Positive team player who also works well independently.

Perks & Benefits

  • Supportive, friendly culture where everyone is valued.
  • Mental health support: dedicated Mental Health First Aid Officer and an excellent Employee Assistance Program (free and confidential for you and immediate family).
  • Ongoing CE and training encouraged and supported.
  • Career development across an industry‑leading regional network.
